Les Gwada Studios ne sont pas une agence immobilière mais des locations saisonnières en copropriété. Chaque appartement studio est un appartement meublé, loué de particulier à particulier. Pas d'appartement en duplex, de villa, de gîtes, de chalet en location saisonnière. Nos annonces de location garantissent à nos locataires la location de vacances d'un bel appartement, suffisamment spacieux, au rez de chaussée ou à l'avant dernier étage disposant d'une pièce principale, meublée, avec des rangements, d'une salle de bain rénovée, aménagée et privative, d'un coin cuisine, privatif avec kitchenette. La cuisine aménagée, meublée, est conforme à un studio meublé pour des locations de vacances. Chaque location meublée fera l'objet d'un contrat de location.
